Master Cleanse 2.0

Day two: morning July 3, 2008

I drank the tea last night before going to bed. I woke up at around 7 and did the saline wash. I only did a quarter of it because I have a sensitive gag reflex and its hard for me to chug it down. I went back to bed for awhile and the migraine is still there. Not as bad as yesterday, but enough to put me in a bad mood. I felt really weak when I was pooping after the saline. I’m drinking the lemonade now.

Day One: night July 3, 2008

I drank a little over 32 ounces of the lemonade. I started getting a headache at around 6pm. I took a nap from 8:30 - 11 and then went to get more lemons. I felt my ears clearing up some during the day. I had a lot of energy at first, but as I started running out of lemonade at work, I started to think about food.

Day One: morning July 2, 2008

Around 6am I woke up with really bad cramps. They kept coming and going for the next 3 hours. During that time, I thought it was time to relieve myself, but the poop wouldn’t come out. Finally at around 9:20, I started to make my saline wash to flush it out and before I could finish making it, I had to rush to the bathroom. Now I’m on the toilet pooping!

Pre-Cleanse Night July 2, 2008

Tomorrow I will begin the Master Cleanse. I did the Master Cleanse 2 1/2 years ago and blogged about my experience on LiveJournal. This time, I’m going to do it longer and document it better. Using a plethora of web2.0 tools. This tumblr blog is the main station, so add this to your bookmarks ladies and gentleman, and prepare for a disgusting tale of shits and giggles. At 12:20 am July 2nd, I began getting ready for the cleanse by having a cup of Senna Leaf teaf. 30 minutes have gone by and I can already feel something going on. Weird cramping and movements. I was gassy earlier, but now I’m scared to let any more farts come out. 12:52 - just had my last sip of tea. Only time will tell…
